Cutting New Keys

Can I go to any ACE hardware and have them cut a new set of keys (ignition and locks - no VATS) or do I have to go to a GM place and have them do it?

Hardware stores will do it, but they won't be Genuine GM keyblanks - they'll just be round/square keys. Try a dealer if you want the original look.
