When I went to work yesterday morning (at Ewing Presbyterian) I took 29N, and they had 29S blocked off at Calhoun St, and then also had the ramp from Parkside to 29 blocked off. But North was open and not flooded at all. It forced me to take 95 all the way home, which I get to drive faster but it's more miles and slightly longer.

they had north closed this morning :( I usually take 29 to work then 95 home since like you said you can drive faster...i end up getting home quicker that way at rush hour.

Here are some pictures from Sep when it flooded. Right now it is about 5 feet higher than this and this was the highest it has been since 1955. We got a 50 year flood twice in 6 months! My dock is tied off but one rope is wrapped around a tree and the water pressure on the dock is incredible. It's worse now because it's higher and with no leaves on the trees the water is raging even faster.

Yea, it was funny cuz going up and down the hudson (Everywhere between Weehawken and like a couple miles north of the Tappan Zee bridge), then from Tenafly back to school, I had no idea till someone told me that there was crazy flooding all over...
Bill, I guess it was a good thing we rescheduled? lol
