Cheryl has me on a new vitamin regamin for my sinus' and bronchitis, and one of them helps you sleep at night.

it's not that it knocks you out, it just makes you feel a little light headed, but you sleep like a baby when you close your eyes.

one time me and my 2 friends went riding, the cbr was still yellow then, my friend had an orange cbr and my other friend had a lime green ninja... we looked like a pack of skittles riding down the road.
