maybe I was think more like a transmission...and maybe a medium size cam. I have the brakes, just need pads and rotors...and a hose

id be thinking about getting those pads rotors and the brake line before i thought about a cam and a trans. wouldnt want the track to have to stop to clean you off the end of the strip.

don't you think thats a given...If I have every thing but the pads/rotors why wouldn't I do that 1st?

o0o yea sell my ONLY means of transportation, btw did I mention I got fired 3 day before Christmas? every place I call is taking applications but not hiring, as soon as I'm working I'll have no problem keeping up with the car

yeah there is absolutely no excuse to drive with no brakes....if you cant afford to have one operational vehicle, you shouldnt have two, end of story.

I plan on fixing it sooner than later. the Camaro is stored away, that needs a water, pump radiator, a cam sensor, oil pressure sender and the engine dropped in. I sold the truck cause it need too much, beat the piss out of it and sold it. The T/A isn't being sold anytime soon, its my only means of transportation. the plan is to get the camaro together, and take a week to get the T/A completely road worthy. Then start modding more. I should be working withing the next week or so. Its going to serve as the DD till i have the cash to get the camaro together then its goes up on the stands.

yeah idk bout you but if i had a 3rd gen with no brakes, no job, and owed money for insurance... I'd probably sell the third gen for some cheap, 30 mpg, cheap insurance beater until I get my situation straightened out.

ok...what would i get for the 3rd gen 1k at most? what am I to buy register and re-insure? another POS project car. You all worry about your own cars...I already know what I need to do.
