Im researching things I will get, when I get my liscence and my ls1, turbos, heads, cams the works. also looking at apearence mods for camaros and trans ams, I dont want to make a big mistake like I did with the FIREBIRD!

Nah, I wouldnt be a new driver :smile: Its gonna take a long while to get a freaking 20 grand car (24k miles) then pay 5 grand for heads/cam and all the works :( plus when I get my permit in a year in a half Ill be driving everywhere so really, I will experienced(wow that sounds gay)

Trust me, a year with your permit does NOT make you anywhere near experianced. Driving on your own is pretty different.

just about everybody wrecks their first car. and if they don't, it gets pretty banged up the first year of driving. just cause you may think you're experienced doesn't mean the other kids in the hs parking lot are. save yourself a lot of money and headaches by getting a beater for your first car and get a decent car when you're 19 or 20.

i only had one accident my first year and it wasnt my fault
stuck in bumper to bumper traffic,and some old lady backed out of her driveway into my car.dont know how she couldnt see the long as sline of cars down the street.but anyways it only left a lil dent
