I hate to keep kicking this thread back, but figure its better than making a lot of similar threads.
I am looking for alternatives to NO. I mainly just take it for mental help now. It def has lost its origanal effects on me. So what kind of things can I take for a pre workout supp? Also, I think because I can't do pyramid or fail workouts, I am having a hard time building mass, any thoughts on that? I just do 4 sets of each exercise. |

Yea I cycled off it for like two or three months and when I got back on it, it had no real affect on me.
After I finish the black powder, I am going to stop using NO. I was thinking just getting some creatine. |

It would not be beneficial to get a stacker and take creatine correct? I think they are remotely the same right?

i just ordered some extend by scivation for a post workout shake. it came with scivations version of nitric oxide called vasocharge. i hear its buttcheeks but ill try it for a week or two and see if i have any noticeable gains. |

ehh..id say wait until your workouts plateau and then use something for a little extra push..
i try to stay away from using supplements as much as possible unless i really need it. as bill said earlier any of them will kill you just a matter of how long |

have u switched up your routine lately? sometimes if you do the same stuff for a while your body expects it. if you do different workouts you can shock muscles into growing bigger.
