Well I do ground controll @ fly-ins at Warwick Airport for the EAA Chapter 501 Anual Fly-In, a few years back we had CAPs, they thought they were all tough and cool in the aviators :lol:. I just laugh at them most of the time especially at air-shows.

I really want to learn how to fly helicopters personally.

lol Sadly that was me (not at that particular airshow), but I've down crowd control up in Maine a few times as well as at McGuire. Coolest was doing crowd control for an F-117A stealth bomber... some chick tried to break past the barricade of CAP's, and like 12 MP's pummeled her to the ground.
