Lumina: Add antifreeze approximately once every two weeks to maintain heat and driveability.

Camaro: Purchase proper carb (Holley 750 DP) and maybe get it driveable or something like that.....

You don't mean the supports in the door across the skin, do you? They kind of come in handy if you get in an accident.

You really need one of these: http://altura.speedera.net/ccimg.cat...umb8695760.jpg

Winter projects for the 77:
*pull motor, oil pan/main seal gaskets. Paint & clean. Nothing fancy for now
*Solid frame mounts, sub frame connectors
*Tubular upper control arms; GW lower l/a bushings
*sway bar bushings f&r
*radiator, LT1 electric fans, http://www.dccontrol.com/ controller
*serpentine system
*iroc steering box
*re-bushing door hinge pins
*new motor mounts (oe style)
*stainless brake hoses, kevlar pads & shoes; new w/c & hdw in the back
*lots of underhood clean up
*adapt late model style ac compressor to car
*new clutch (see oil leaks i.e. clutch chatter)

Yes, he does mean those. The 'bird is not his DD, and every ounce that can come out, should be out :)

my car is going on a diet. so far cut out 20 lbs from each door. i havent finished cutting up my front bumper but am counting on probaby another 20lbs. but for buying items here's the list:
axles, posi unit or a spool (cant make my mind up, probably a spool)
x-pipe
ultra flows
cal tracs
thats all i can think of now.

i've "heard" of places that dont even need to see the vehicle. just a valid insurance and registration card. if you have a extra few dollars its way easier to do it that way anyway. drop the info off and pick up what you need the next day. i wouldnt encourage such illegal behavior though. i am a law obiding citzen and proud of it.
