Welcome....speaking of magic..
I've got the magic stick..................the end :) |
i got a few doors, red, dark red, and green. the green is off a 94 firebrid, but same as a TA just different stick on emblem. Full power door, has glass and all in it still, pretty sure the motor worked. that door has been stored inside since removed form the car. other doors are basically just shells. You could probably get away with using the door as is with just a quick cleaning but paint/minor touch ups would be up to you. I can get pics next week. I also have the same wheel(w/a decent tire) that was damaged in the pic. I'd sell the door and wheel together for $100. if you are interested let me know, and ill get pics.
|
soooo, you have those slips scanned yet?
|
I can use the green door, but i dont think i need the wheel. i had those wheels on only cuz of the nasty weather. usually i have my corvette wheels on. paint/touch ups are no big deal because i was gunna get the car painted anyway. but yeah ill take the door definetely, thanks! i might take the wheel.

oh and no i dont have mt time slips scanned. i dont have a scanner ill get em up or after i fix her ill take her down to englishtown or where ever, get new ones and do something with those |
sugestion..
Why dont you convert the front end to 98+ models? all youd really need are different headlight brackets to do it(besides the other parts that are wrecked) |

i actually thought about doing that but i didnt think it would work. I also thought about putting a z28 front end on it. it would look a little crazy but i have seen it before, but it was on a 3rd gen. The guy came into my job one day and he had also gotten into a front end accident. I dunno. Oh and any ideas where to get a windshield cheap? i found one in a junk yard for $100 and passed it up. (slap me if u want!)
OOOHH!!! And i also need a fuse box. the one that sits on the side of the engine compartment. |
well, enough of the i dont have a scanner/camera stuff... just tell us the times, including the incrimentals, like 60, 330, 1/8 et, 1/8 mph, 1000 and 1/4 et and mph. long as everything looks kosher thats enough to tie us over til you can get them scanned.

11 point what?

Alright, i'll get pics for you by tomorrow evening. I should also have the underhood fuse box cut from a 94 bird, should be the same, youd just need to reconnect your wiring since it was cut from the car. Ill have to find it in my garage and ill send pics as well. -paul
...and to do a 98+ swap, you'd need quiote a bit... fenders, hood, rad support, front bumper, foam front impact bumper, directionals, fog lights, headlight assemblies. The 98+ headlights alone go for $200+ a side. so a full swap would be over 1000 before paint. A camaro nose will find on a 3rd gen, but not a 4th gen. The 93+ camaros and firebirds have different door designs so the lines would not match up at the fender/door lines. |
