Ok, nice way to welcome KITT guy.... damn freaks.

Settle down all of you.

I like Matt's ride, looks pretty nice to me. I would never let anyone think my v6 is a v8 btw.

BTW: computer tuning, valves, Fuel Injectors
What kind?

Never tried deception and never disagreed that it wasn't...so no point arguing

12secondv6 03-10-2006 08:12 PM

Let me clarify... I am not arguing.

I provided a personal feeling, nothing more, nothing less.

Good lord, I shall keep my personal feeling to myself.

BTW, what kind of computer tuning, valves, Fuel Injectors

I went with a Hypertech so I can mess around with the settings noting too major, for the Fuel Injectors I was thinking about going forced induction but it wouldn't be worth it for the 6 I would definitely need a new fuel pump as well PITA, didn't notice much of a difference after replacing them with GM #22 Fuel Injectors, as for the valve springs i went with SLP at 1.700" almost perfect here is the difference with the retainers http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d3...l/DSC00768.jpg

Welcome !

Yes yes definately a sick car, black third gens > all . If you EVER decide to junk your motor (which is what? A V6, or a carbed 305?), go with an LT1, you'll thank me later :-D It would be thee ultimate sleeper.

As for WS6 emblems on a v6, to each their own. As long as its an F-body, who cares? :-D I personally wouldnt put SS emblems on my Z/28 but i was seriously contemplating putting IROC-Z decals on the bottom of the doors :-D

KnightRider 03-12-2006 08:18 PM

Yea i have a 305 carb...i think for the money i want to spend i want a 350HO with about 300 poneys..atleast i know it would be more reliable on no more oil on my headers and valve covers lol.

That wasn't you the one time at the trucks with the fake nitrous purge was it?? JW.

To the new guy... well I'm gonna be dead honest I'm more interested in that GTP you had :p pics/vids/specs/whatever??

KnightRider 03-12-2006 08:49 PM

Yea i reget not having that car anymore...only 950 were made of this 40th anniversary gtp 2 door...i have a pic of it on my myspace page now...myspace.com/knightriider no vids that i know of just pics id have to find them. It really was an amazing car...after the bore it was a 4.2 instead of a 3.8 which i thought was a good thing.
