nah his are gloss black, or really dull and really shiney in that pic, I dont think they make black chrome with polished lip, maybe u should go and look at some colors of wheel paints see who buys what color most>? If you get graphite, ill be happy to let u powder coat my wheels :)

350 a wheel since it isnt powder coating..its something like a color chrome that gives it depth
