And I used to live 5 minutes from there. Now I commute there once a week (twice most semesters) ~70 miles one way...about an hour and 10 minutes if I'm lucky, although I did do it in an hour yesterday.

I did fine in HS, but my freshman yr of college at URI I had a 1.9 GPA. I went to Mercer for a year after, then transfered to Rutgers. While I didn't get into NB, I did get into Camden and Newark. I didn't try for Livingston or Cook or the others tho.

My guess is you'll get into at least one of the campuses if you've done well since HS. Might not be Rutgers College Ave tho. I ended up going to Camden and loved it, probably better than if I had gone to NB since it's smaller and you get to know your profs much better.

rutgers might accept you, but fair warning: its not an easy school by any means. i found william paterson to be 100000x easier, and when i transferred to rutgers with a 3.8 gpa from wp, i got my ass handed to me and dropped down to a 2.x

BlueFBird 09-18-2006 11:02 PM

ya i kno rutgers inst the easiest college. I just wana get away and i really like rutgers NB ive been there many times i did not to good in hs but i have like 9 credits now plus ill have 15 this fall and next spring another 15 so hopfully thats enough to get me accepted for next fall to NB. hopefully livingston or cook or bush. im doin pretty good in college to so well see, i hate bein rejected thou that prob piss me off lol
