Any 99-02 3.8L Camaro or Firebird TB will work fine....they are all the same.

you could pull the 6 and put a real motor in there... probably end up with fewer problems, too. :mrgreen:

thats right, only v8s are real motors, now i gotta go back onto my porch to sit there in my rocking chair all day with my shotgun in my lap and my dog sittin thre next to me, i reckon

It the TB going bad a common problem on the V6? because if not I think you might be jumping to an unfounded conclusion that the TBS is bad. I would look at the simply stuff first, vacumm leak, bad gas causing the car to stumble, stuck PCV valve. Wouldn't a more common problem be the MAS?
