The bolt pattern for all F-Bodys (67-02) is 5 x 4.75". Backspacing will vary based on the size of the wheel....

I dunno, those 5 spokes look too much like OE rims. Those 1st ones Tsar posted would look sweet.

WayFast84 10-24-2006 09:43 AM

i think 35th edition wheels would look good

its funny you say that, cause thats teh look i'm goin for. i switched from my 19s cause i didnt want something too flashy. i like the OEM+ look

interesting note: when i had my 19s, i would get pulled over left and right, and a couple times searched for drugs and such. cops had no mercy on me. i had the TT2s for the same amount of time. pulled over once and the cop didnt even keep me pulled over for more then a couple minutes, he said those tints are too dark adn gave me a warning and told me to take it easy. so basically, flashy wheels suck.

Those wheels are basically Y2k Vette wheels, equally played out IMO. The thing that sucks about 18+ wheels is they have no width to them and that looks bad. Wheel options suck for our cars.

transmaro93 10-25-2006 08:11 PM

yea well said transam4life... 17's are deff the way to go on these cars besides it keeps the wieght down... i thinken about gettena bullet style wheel black with polished lip for my car after i sell my zo6's or in the spring time.... if they arent sold by then.. theres a company on ebay that makes em not to expensive i might given em a shot....

ar0ck 10-25-2006 08:28 PM

American Racing just came out with there new Tourqe Thrust M's. They are mustang style bullets for F-bodies, they have them in 17x9.5 to 17x10.5.

i have mixed feelings about those wheels. probably because they are oem on stangs but im not really sure why.

i just bought a set of wheels and i just wanna dump my TT2s so i dont have to think about them

transmaro93 10-25-2006 08:48 PM

i just looked at those torque thrust "m" they look really nice i seen them on a ls1 camaro pic.... probably expensive those this other company that makes this bullet wheel is only like 124 per wheel... those AR wheels are prob like 200 each... plus they dont look that much different... u never know about the quality tho... taken a chance on the cheap route

WayFast84 10-27-2006 03:08 PM

you go through wheels like paul goes through thrid gens..

I would keep the tt2's till I get a silver trans am, then ill buy them off of u and get them powdercoated :) what wheels did you get?
