i think its because the newer cars dont have to go every 2 years.. their good for 5 years or something.. could be wrong tho :shrug:

Not sure if you're talking about "new car" inspections that are white, but that's not it. I'm talking about normal looking colored stickers having just the month number on it, and nothing else.
