Man, both my VW Jetta Wagon 'family car' and my lifted on 33s Jeep Wrangler just got called chick cars! DOH! I'm gonna say Jeep Liberty. Totally girlie. And the Jeep Commander, rated number one by MILFs.

Knipps 08-27-2007 10:32 AM

i'm surprised civics have only been mentioned once

the new ones definetley...i dont think the old ones are...theyre just ugly....especially those hatchbacks

chemicalstylez 08-27-2007 11:23 AM

This was easy.

Scion TC is a total chick car, and who can't forget the Hyundai Tiberon. Also those last years of the Mercury Cougars.

Edit: Acura Integra, Sunfire, G6, Cobalt

Yeah, it isn't. Typically I see people of "alternative lifestyles" driving them. I saw 7 drive by in a 30min period in New Hope in June.

Noodles 08-27-2007 12:10 PM

dude.... all benzs? i hate benzs... but chick cars? your out of you mind

cl500,cl55,cls55,sl55,sl500sl600,those boxy truck things...

amg or not... i dont know girls that drive those... only the lower end models...

and mazda 6's??? definitely not girl car... mazda 3's maybe

solsticE??? jesus..

you guys are out of your mind
new civics?@!?!? lol... i've yet to see an si with a girl in it

...maro man.. if you could go on all day... you'd have the ability to be wrong..all day

ALL BMWS?!!??!?! OK i gotta draw the line here

you realize that all bmw's are rear wheel drive monsters? you don't need it to be an m... a 5 series...a 6 series.. they are still ridiculous

hell if it were a coupe, i'd drive a 3.. some of those 3's put out HEAVY power to the rear. (for what its worth)

and any bmw from the year 95 and down... all guy cars.. even the styling says women don't drive me.. boxy.. badass looking things

i'd grab a 90's 3 series.. ANY day of the week.. as would any man

acura integra???

LMFAO.. i've never met a female integra owner.. but i know personally 5 male owners...

LS1Hawk 08-27-2007 12:12 PM

Honda CR-V and Nissan Altima.

Noodles 08-27-2007 12:16 PM

altima coupe = guy car

Ian 08-27-2007 12:16 PM

Now that is ridiculous.

Monsters? Not a chance. Not all BMWs are bad ***. Not even most of them. Most are just RWD cars from Germany and that's it. 3 series cars are like German Civics- and the 90's ones have been known to have a cooling system design flaw that leads to blown radiators.

Obviously the M cars, 550s, etc are not chick cars, and I don't think the 5-7 series are on a whole. The 3 series definetly are.

You are posting modified cars. You could post a picture of an SCCA Miata, or a Pro Stock Civic and that would classify it as a guy's car.

They are not fast stock, and most of them are driven by young professional women or metro-like dudes.

Noodles 08-27-2007 12:33 PM

people mod cars

such is life

while i bought it for my wife, our liberty is not a chick car. with the 3.7l, enough transmissions and transfer cases to boggle the mind, not to mention the aftermarket support... nah, the liberty is not a chick car.

cute little SUVs, on the other hand, are chick cars. anything that can be described as "cute" gets the tag of chick car. the BMWs, Benzes, and most of the import market cannot fit in the description of "cute", therefore it's not a chick car.

honda del sol. saturn SC. pontiac solstice (base model, not the GXP). these are all "cute" cars.

slasherbarb 08-27-2007 12:52 PM

ok...BMW can be seen as chic cars mainly because you see all these teeny bopper bitches driving them cause of their rich mommy and daddy...but the fact remains, BMWs aren't girly cars...i would rock on in a heartbeat...

Now here is my list of girly cars
-Miatas
-Non turbo Eclipses
-Jettas
-All Hondas except the S2000, Civic Si, and Ridgeline
-All Scions
-All Toyotas except Supras and Tundras
-All Kias
-Mazda 3
-Sunfire
-Non SS Cobalts

My mother-in-law drives a brand new BMW 5-series AWD. So there you go.

Noodles, you argue like someone trying to find a corner in a round room. Makes no freaking sense.

On a whole, hell no they aren't girls cars. But just like you said- it's the spoiled daughters of rich parents that can be seen frequently driving the 3 series.

Huh?

That's consistent... On a whole it's not a chick brand. Tuner 3 series, M3s etc are not chick cars. 318s, etc are.
