I already have a laywer :twisted: thanks. I still have to see his doctor. I was still on full pay but today is my last day of that. If I dont go back to work tommorrow I will have to either use my own time or go on workers comp, since the city denied my request for an exstension. I have to report to work tommorrow or I could be brought up on charges beacuse the doctor cleared me. So we will see what happens if I cant make it through the day I have to report it and request i go back to the doctor.
I have 4 slightly buldged discs and one missing according to my MRI. My back injury occured when I overloaded the area the joint that has the missing disc.

Well two days back at work and already had a working fire but Im holding up pretty good. I continue doing my daily excersizes. I still have pain and stiffness but its slowly getting better or Im just getting used to it.
