99% of the time, you need to earn your user title, typically its by doing something that may not have been your best idea ever. Mine is pretty self explanatory. It's just cause i haev a nasty habit of blowing **** up.

We would gladly accept your $200 donation in exchange for a Lifetime Power Member user title.

The other "fun" user titles are earned.....usually by people doing dumb things, or in Ana's case, being especially helpful to the club.
