KirkEvil 09-06-2008 06:09 PM

Paint the calipers black and put silver camaro decals on them. ditch the bowtie emblems so it doesnt look overkill

01blackz28 09-06-2008 06:23 PM

ill pass on the camaro decals on the calipers. a bit ricey eh ?

BlackBADaSS02 09-07-2008 08:17 PM

Those wheels look really good. Don't really see them too often.

01blackz28 09-07-2008 09:32 PM

Yeah, I bought a new set from SLP now I have the best of both worlds, the factory ZR-1's and the 10-spokes to change at whim. Got to say after 10-years with the ZR-1's the 10-spokes are a welcome change.

sweetbmxrider 10-02-2008 07:18 PM

hey a guy on ls1tech.com is going to do a powdercoating deal for calipers i think this month. might be a wise investment. he can do the caliper bracket black too. nice touch and very durable! check it out!

NJ Torque 10-03-2008 03:07 PM

Clean the wheel wells and lower the car. Get rid of teh 4x4 look right away.
As for teh rotors, cross drilling is cosmetic only unless you are doing a crap load of racing and the rotors are gunna be real hot.
Calieprs black with maybe coloring the bridge silver...would go a long way with your color combo.

UnderPressureWS6 10-04-2008 06:18 PM

car definitly needs to be lowered :) other than that it looks good!

CivicEaterLT1 10-06-2008 10:18 AM

thoseee are sexy lol

xrelapse13 10-09-2008 10:38 AM

car looks sick, clean as hell.
Maybe do the calipers silver with black brackets?

Wheels look great. I'd do the calipers in a darker red and ditch the bow ties over the Z28 emblem.

+1,00000000 and say bye to the 1 random ground effect.

I like the rims. Since you have the silver z28 badges the silver lip looks good. I would go red on the calipers to match the center caps like bmxrider said.

DevilDougWS6 10-15-2008 07:53 PM

i saw your wheels in person they look great! maybe lower it now? i dont remember looking at the brake calipers though. i did my brackets silver and the calipers red, they look awesome. also hit them with clearcoat, brake dust wipes right off now.

Absolutely. You definitly should lower it a bit.

I agree with that one. The black needs some brite color behind them.
