For me it makes launchs easier for now at least. With it off, you spin all the way through first, but if you have it on and launch at 2k ish you are fine.

it doesn't bog down to prevent the spin? and don't you need tires? if it works, awesome

It does bog down but only if you spin em real bad. And yes, I need new tires. Desperately.

Once the horsepower is increased over stock, TCS is a PITA and definitely needs the SLP reverse switch for if you forget to turn it off, it will kill the car off the line.

You can tune out the stall wall.
