I went that last Sunday that they were open and it was in the low 40's and I was able to hook somewhat with bald ET streets. I just ordered a line lock and brand new nittos so I'll see how they hook.

well if i can get off of work that day you can prob count me in.

Thanks. I'm probably gonna put them on tonight. I got the linelock installed last night so I'm set. I went out and tested it and it works great so no more rolling burnouts! What brand line locks you get

went with the SLP unit. It's only the second thing that SLP made that's on my car. I hate SLP, but I ordered it from the same place I ordered the tires from and they gave me a good deal so I figured I'd pick it up. yea, the posi is working good. I was just testing it out;-). I think 4.10's are the next mod right now. I love watching the shiftlight go off, but around town it's only useful in first gear because after that I'd be breaking the speed limit by way too much to risk it.

Yea, it's a really cool feature to have in the car. If you decide to buy it I would go with the kit from SJM. It's like $5 cheaper and includes an extra armor switch so that you can't accidentally hit it while your driving. It uses the same components as the SLP kit and is NHRA legal because of the extra safety switch.

Well all that work this week was for nothing, Atco WILL BE CLOSED on 1/25/09.

I guess that gives me time for new struts, 90/10s, and Line Locks.

Didn't think they would open.......they put the teese out but it is still too cold for them to get the track ready this early. Same thing will happen next week unless we get a heat wave :-P. It just gives everyone more time for mods and tuning plus the air would be just too good and we would be running outrageous times and start getting spoiled!:mrgreen:
