IMO, the refs should have reviewed the play just to keep the fans happy. The ball was knocked out before his arm came forward so it was a fumble, but they really are responsible to review it since the teams can't. It really doesn't matter though, it was a great game! Cards killed themselves with penalties and the int returned at the end of the first half.
