yea...but instead of just an "other cars" why not have more specific sub forums? make it easier to search

The tech forums say nothing about being f-body specific and people already use them for other car tech all the time. No need to add the redundancy.

there wont be enough traffic to have to search its not like there will be hundreds of pages of how to change the oil on your 1989 ferrari

But we are an F-Body site, not an any car site. We don't necessarily want to "appeal to the NJ car community".

I think you would have better luck with tougher moderation of threads involving non fbod tech.

start out with a broad forum then narrow it down if it sees the traffic

We try to smack down garbage in the tech area as it is now.

Because this is an F-Body club. We don't need a forum that has specific sections for 10 other types of cars just to keep every last person happy.

We are an F-body club. That is our focus, we aren't a general car club that is designed to have every answer for every owner of every kind of car you can think of.

Don't listen to bubba, he was never the bright one, we are talking about one specific subforum for all other cars be it a Z06, MR2, Viper, Si, Beetle, Charger, TBSS ... yea w/e you can think of. :shrug:

The tech forums are open to everyone's questions. We have not treated them as f-body specific and we don't intend to start. There simply isn't enough traffic to justify another forum.

The club is open to all owners, friends, and fans of the GM F-body platform.
