thats very understandable...many people are out to destroy stuff like this. i think its pretty amazing. devils tree is a prime example, its a really cool tree with a history and people go there and try to chop it down and vandalize it..beer cans everywhere..sucks..

Yea im suprirsed some idiot hasnt tried stealing the landing gear for scrap. lets hope it stays where its at. that place looks cool

I want to go check out that landing gear. I love doing **** like this. Im amazed at how fresh the hydraulics still look after sitting out there for over 35 years. Do you happen to know what kind of jet was making that run?

I'm sure ppl have tried but u didn't see the brush we alked thru or how far into the woods we went and that thing was very heavy took 3 of us to pick one end up

I was talking to one of the guys I go with who has alot of coordinates for some neat stuff ut there. He said there was an abandoned boy scout camp there that they just up and left in the late 30's he said they had left everything, apparently it was hard to find and when he did eventually stumble upon the coordinates from someone the government had bulldozed the place because of vandals.

There use to be an old military base built in the cold war but the recently got rid of it all.
