i use weider padded. they are only slightly padded, and only where the callous grows. get gloves that fit, too, so you aren't cutting off the circulation to your fingers and not so loose that they wiggle around on your hand. |

I hope so, I managed to tweak something in my chest so I dropped a lot of weight off and worked the reps slow and really focusing on form. Seemed to have worked, I am slowly working back up to where I was, doing more reps and so far no pain at all.
