if this tries to get passed through legislation someone is gonna bring up the point that people make a statement about themselves through their cars. banning a certain color would impede on their right to make said statement treading very finely on their consititutional right for freedom of speech or expression.

It's California, where the Constitution isn't worth the paper it's written on....that seems to be a growing theme across the country...

california should sucede and make their own country. they have all the resources and different agricultural variety to sustain their own economy
