i was just kidding. i just went outside and took some crappy pictures. im almost 100% postitive its the drain petcock...i didnt get a plug for it when i got it. i will take the rad out tomorrow to make sure, and get better pics then. until then anyone know where i can find a plug?

I would say to start in the HELP section of the local parts stores - not sure of the size though. You could also grab one from a junkyard or ask here if anyone has a junk radiator that they are willing to give you the plug from.

ok it was the drain plug. i headed to advanced and they had one in stock. thanks for all the help everyone i appreciate it.
