The dodo is extinct; therefore it can not fly, in turn making your example inaccurate. Fail

also, how do you mix up the (potential) homonyms are and our?

My friend does that in text all the time. It drives me nuts and I act like I don't know what the f he is talking about. And for the record I know when I am supposed to use the " ' " in a contraction but I am too lazy to use it. Usually at work the spellcheck fixes it or when I post on my phone the auto text takes care of it :-P

lol, wats the point in putting in the extra effort, yall are intelligent enough to figure out what is being said... its not like whoever types like this will talk that way when it matters, like at the workplace or whatever....

sweetbmxrider 04-07-2009 02:09 PM

it shouldn't take any extra effort to do things right

procamaroz28 04-07-2009 02:16 PM

This should be a sticky in every section. Though I've been known to make a few dumb eras myself. In fact this post should be put in the form of a test, and new posters should be required to pass it before being allowed to post.

Whoever fails gets put in the short bus section.

Btw I know its error.

your punctuation is a little off :-P

Hey, stay on topic here, we're not talking punctuation.

i cant stand when people text me without punctuation, because it makes it so difficult to understand what they are saying sometimes. and i hate when people text me and expect me to know what kind of emotion they are using, or if they are being sarcastic.

but i could care less (<sarcasm)

THEIR OUR SO MANY PEOPLE WHO DONT KNOW HOW TO USE THERE GRAMMER CORRECTLY IT'S REDICULOUS IT BOTHERS ME ALOT AND DOSE ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN GET MY TRUE DUELS INSTALLED I THINK I COULD OF DONE IT MYSELF IF I HAD MORE TIME BUT I DECIDED NOT TOO BECAUSE IT WAS GETTING DARK ANYONE?

in all seriousness though, little errors don't bother me. i don't capitalize after periods most of the time when typing on forums(nor do i capitalize my i's) but some things are just painful to read.

one of my least favorites: LOOSE and LOSE. they are different words, they are not interchangeable.

sweetbmxrider 04-10-2009 06:27 PM

i hate when people mix
