Saitin 05-02-2009 06:39 PM

i'll be there hopefully my car will be there with me

Tru2Chevy 05-02-2009 07:50 PM

Just in case anyone is on the fence about making a long drive for a club meet - if the weather is decent, there should be 300+ cars there on the day of the meet, not including however many club members show up. The Chatterbox has a HUGE cruise night every Saturday, and there are many really awesome cars that show up.

I second that. There are a lot of old and some new muscle cars there every Saturday. It's awesome!

My grandparents only live 5 minutes from the Chatterbox, and I know all the fun back country roads to get up there. I take Rt. 31 north until somewhere just south of Washington, and it's mostly all back roads from there up, with the last ~15 minutes spent on Rt. 206. Definitely a nice drive, and not usually much traffic.

Here is the map from where we met up (the Quick Chek gas station at the corner of Rt 31 and Rt 579) right to the Chatterbox:

so are you saying that everyone from njfboa will be meeting up at one place and all pulling into the meet together? like all 26 (so far) of us together? that would be kinda cool

No, I meant "we" as in the west central crowd.....

We will be arriving at the Chatterbox before the cruise night is in full swing.

#1 Everyone be there by 3:00PM at the latest!!!

#2 We are getting a pretty sweet area set aside for us to all park together on the front lawn. I am going to get exact information, owner said to pull in through the park and ride. I will get pics of where to enter the lot and lawn asap.

Great response, start telling your friends. The weekly cruise night at Chatterbox is put on by a local club and all proceeds go to charity. So the more the merrier.

Thats probably the best spot in the entire place right out front...you get to see everyone coming in and going out... It's easy to get to the front spot...you can go through the park and ride lot or go through the main entrance and go 1/2 way around the building and bear right. They block of a section so you can get to the lot...

NJSPEEDER 05-04-2009 09:38 PM

This is an amazing response so far. Everyone spread the word on other forums. Chatterbox is an amazing venue for a meet, we are lucky to have them host us. The Wanderers bring an amazing mix of new and old too.

300+ cars? that might be worth the drive. put me down as a maybe
