well its off but i dont see anything really wrong...only thing i really noticed was that some of the bolts were barely tight :o

If there's no problem with the head gaskets then I would guess something is cracked somewhere to let that much coolant in. How did the spark plugs look? If one is a lot cleaner than the others, then that would be the cylinder where the problem is.

well since a 408 can be built EFI i dont know where that came from so...its not all ford guys :lol:
