why not wait a few weeks on the genisis and fix the trans and sell a running decent camaro... sounds like you may have potential to be in some hot water if the camaro doesnt sell and your sitting on car payments... i wouldnt do the vette... you would probably have a harder time selling that vette than the camaro... not alot of desire out there for c4 vettes... i like them but not many do...hanlon is the man.. hell have that trans back to you within the week if he has the parts which he seemed to have a nice stock... really easy to deal with too.... i vote fix it and sell it for slightly more $$ with a freshly rebuilt trans and low mile motor...

well the lt1 is out of the picture no worries. i tried to get some money on top so i could turn around and put the vette out for sale but he dont have money to put on top of trade. im gonna swap the stock wheels and tires onto the cavi tonight and when i go to the dealer tomorrow ill throw that in for a trade in along with the 3k down payment to hopefully get 500 for. but if not that will just be one less car i have to deal with in my driveway.

well if youre not hurting then get the genesis, sell the cavalier....use the money from the cavi to fix the camaro to sell the camaro for maximum value that you can.

I agree you should fix the car as well. Its hard to sell a broken car. I know I wouldn't want to shell out 7k for a 12 year old car I can't test drive. Demodding would be a way to maximize profit as well. Since you have the capability to let it sit financially, that would be the way to go.

only thing i wouldnt like about buying one used later is that you never know how ppl treat there cars. i want brand new so i can say im the first owner and i know every thing from how it was taken care of to any small upgrades it may have. id rather spend the extra 5k and get it brand new right off the lot.

definitely modable... lol. when that car first came out there was a youtube video of one putting down like 380 whp or something already. Huge turbo/huge exhaust/dyno tuning + whatever else you couldnt see

I dont know you personally but from your previous posts you should get the vette so in a month you can post in the classifieds FEELER C4 F/S F/T WTB LT1 MODS POSSIBLE LS1 SWAP INTERESTED? ANYONE? Not trying to give you a hard just help from a different perspective.
