i wouldnt pull over only cuz that shoulder is no where near wide enough for me to feel safe... but NC plates, i wouldve taken the chance on a southern belle also...

you guys seem to not notice this is in the middle of the day on a busy highway. I dont see that very dangerous past being on the side of a busy highway. If it was in the dead of night or on a backroad or something, thats when it gets debateable

that makes it much more likely to happen actually...cause no one is expecting it, making it much more likely that you are going to be caught off guard
