Squirrel 05-19-2011 10:31 PM

hmm interesting, why didn't you like the thunderbolt?

i'm highly considering the thunderbolt, runner up is Droid X2 which came out yesterday.

the screen felt awkward to me, and i wanted a physical keyboard

WiMiMc 05-20-2011 07:49 PM

welp apparently verizon is getting rid of the ultimate data plan this summer. i was down between the droid x2, and the thunderbolt. i ordered the thunderbolt in time for unlimited data for 2 years ^.^

GTFO WITH THAT TALK!

Why? Buttons are for old people, and people that cannot adapt due to mental issues, or girls due to nails.
If you have a phone with buttons, tie it to some fishing line and use it as a weight.
I have big hands, and big fingers. I can see small phones like iPhone and older Droids, but on the new generation 4.3/4.5 inch phones, my hands fit fine, and because my phone is a smart phone, it can change and pick up misspellings and mistakes for me. when you type, word suggestions fly across the top of the keyboard.

My gf was scared about typing on a touch screen, but within 24hrs, she was fine and had no complaints.

Buying a phone with buttons is like owning an LT1. Yeah, they can be fast, but why do you want something that is old and busted?

Good choice. Since this sounds like your first Android phone, be aware there is a little bit of a learning curve. It's certainly not difficult to use out of the box but you will be amazed how you can set everything up and what tricks you will learn to make things super fast and convenient. The ability to customize just about anything is very useful.

fear not, both your car and your phone is faster than Al's

Cycule 05-21-2011 07:53 AM

Iphones are better. Droids are gonna die just like the Razor did and the ENVY.

 Based on what? The Iphone isn't king of the hill any more, the Android OS isn't going anywhere.

You do realize that over the last year, android powered phones outsold iOS and BB? Droid does, iOS doesn't. BB isn't even trying.

Brian phone does not have buttons, so therefor he is winning. His car has a 2nd ac compressor which makes it go woo-woo which overrides LT1 lameness. Add cherries, and its like a supercharged sunday.

Ding ding ding, tell him what's he's won Johnny.

Cycule 05-21-2011 02:07 PM

The only reason that happen is because version Is a bigger network which has more customers. Now that Verizon has it, apple will begin it's dominace again:)

Frosty 05-21-2011 02:09 PM

I love when someone says something bad about an Apple product people get all defensive, it's pretty funny.

WiMiMc 05-21-2011 02:34 PM

i find it funny how i have a mac and love it, yet bash Apple on its other products/practices

Cycule 05-21-2011 02:45 PM

I like t*ts... And apple is t*ts!
