Opie wouldnt have lasted the season anyway. He hated tigg. He hated clay. He hated jax's decisions. This was his way of forgiving jax and getting free from the club

Heartbreaking and brutal. How much can you do to one guy? Loses his wife, his dad, "I'm not sure I love anyone..." I guess he was bound to go, but what a way to take him out.

Jersey Mike 09-26-2012 04:25 PM

Actually, I appreciate that Sutter did that. I liked Opie's character a lot, and thought he'd end up sitting at the top of the table with Jax or something of the sort, but I like twists and the unexpected. Great move, on Sutter's part, in my opinion--Opie gets to "be with his dad," he knows his kid's are safe, gets to help change the club, gets out of the club, shows Jax he still his best friend--it makes sense from so many angles, but obviously isn't what I thought we'd be seeing.

For a moment, I was hoping that Jax would strangle Pope the 2nd time they met in the warden's office. It makes sense that he didn't, as they need to get out, but still a little disappointed when he said he said he would work with Pope.

He also told stall he would work with her. Don't worry about popes fate

The scene with Opie was deep. I like how they at least get the fight realistic. He got clocked in the face with the pipe and you knew that was the end of it. I have a feeling this season will end with a lot of people "getting what they deserved". Jax will likely use Tigg to do all of his dirty club work and dispose of him. This season is starting off very well.

RyanDestroysWorlds 09-26-2012 09:22 PM

I have to agree, He is no longer suffering from losing donna or his dad. But it was such a terrible way to go out... For someone who gave up so much for the club, he didnt deserve that. I wonder what his next move is, Kurt Sutter is a mastermind, This show honestly keeps me on my toes. But i cant wait to see pope get what is coming to him, The things he has done to hurt the club, jax better make him pay.

i got a feeling jax is going to seriously set some people straight. how long until rico is back in the picture? and what happenes when the club finds out about juice helping rico

Jersey Mike 09-27-2012 04:56 AM

I think the home invasions and the mutiny within the club are going to be a focus this season as well.

the home invasions also have me intrigued. they took clays safe, with what the birth certificates? id like to know how clays call to the cops about the prostitutes will rebound on jax/gemma

Mike 09-27-2012 08:39 AM

I think clay is behind all those new guys doing that stuff. Not sure of the endgame though

I think you may be on to something, What I wanna know is why the nomads are doing it in the first place? It does not make sense, Im also a little behind on the whole rico thing, I was trying to watch seasons 1-3 while watching season 4 on tv haha. i need season 4 to hit netflix.

RyanDestroysWorlds 09-27-2012 11:21 AM

Interesting news i just got... My boy just called me. Remember half sac from seasons 1 and 2 who was killed by Camron Hayes in jax's kitchen while trying to save able? The actor who played him was actually found dead today.

band77one 09-27-2012 12:40 PM

haha i literally just read that and was coming here to post it. he killed his 81 year old land lady before/after fighting with 2 other guys and then fell to his death

Someone took lessons from acting on the show....

IROCZman15 10-02-2012 05:02 PM

agreed. such an incredible show. every episode has me hooked. lotta mini conflicts and sub plots going on. and some bad ass beat-down/murder scenes too. very good show.. justified is too

RyanDestroysWorlds 10-02-2012 10:07 PM

Safest episode ever :( rest in peace opie

Jersey Mike 10-03-2012 04:47 AM

Oh, Gemma. Nice trick though!

I really wanted to see Ashley Tisdale naked; 0-2.

Why was jax fighting happy in the preview

I have no idea, the show is so crazy right now i can barely keep up lol

band77one 10-04-2012 12:12 AM

i dont think it was happy, i think it was galen

Jersey Mike 11-20-2012 08:18 PM

Going into this week's episode, it looks like Jax is in trouble. I never know what to expect from this show, but with the Cartel wanting Clay to be at the head of the table, and the prospect of Clay's ugly secrets coming to light, I can see Clay & Jax striking a mutually exclusive deal that lasts a couple of episodes.

Just a wild guess as I try to rear Sutter's mind, anticipating another one of these 90-minute episodes that airs tonight

Jersey Mike 12-04-2012 04:56 PM

Season finale is tonight.

deadtrend1 12-05-2012 05:01 PM

I miss the last ten minutes when I fell asleep. Im sure I missed cliffhangers

Jersey Mike 12-05-2012 05:05 PM

Yeah, a few things to lead into next season. All-in-all, I think he ended the season well. Let me know if you want a recap of a few things.

Mike 12-05-2012 06:34 PM

Anyone catch the very end. The way Gemma was touching him was identical to the way Tara was at the end of last season
