interesting.
challenge accepted. me against grand national |
WSex, I k.ow nothing will deter you from grabbing one up. Like any model vehicle, one must learn the car and its flaws. Then they're easier to handle, as I imagine you already know.

for what its worth I hope you plan on garaging it every night. As someone else said, I wouldn't leave a GN on the street all the time..especially with your town being neighbors with Newark. just my 2 cents.
|
its cool itll get full coverage
|
I cant imagine the insurance premium on a car that old with collision and comprehensive..... It will probably be more than the car after only a few years

Owned by mom?!?! really? Mileage matters not really. Honestly if you are looking at this from the perspective of owning and keeping nice for a long time you should have an agreed value policy for the car to protect it's actual value. A regular insurance company isnt going to give a rats ass about the cars true worth and if something happens, regardless of who "owns" it, so it is probably going to be pretty "expensive". My insurance company asked me if I wanted to fully insure my 92 Firebird and when I asked they said its probably going to be very expensive and we may not even accept coverage (I could be wrong about the accepting though) |
like my ta? or your camaro or almost eceryones car?
ie: you got about 15k in mods but insurance will give scrap value..... :) |
You can dd historic tags. They changed the rules. But unless you get collector insurance, full coverage is pointless.

Let the fool get the ****ing thing, jesus take this thread away!

Update. I was under the wrong impression. They got rid of the mileage limit a few years back but still kept the rules for only driving to shows and educational puproses. |
