Digital Corvette's Admin got this email from GM...

Dear Sir,

My name is Mike xxxxxxx and I'm the xxxxxxx of Broadcast Communications for General Motors.

I've noticed that you have one of GM's embargoed photographs of the 2005 Corvette on your website. Since this image is embargoed until January 10, 2005, I am asking that you remove the image from your site until the embargo is lifted. While I don't expect you to tell me who provided you with the image, I am wondering if you would tell me if you received the image before Noon on Tuesday, November 9.

If there is any confusion regarding usage of GM's embargoed images or if you would like to discuss the situation with me, I can be reached through
email, or by phone at 313-665-xxxx. Thank you for your help with this matter.

Mike xxxxxxxx
There have been several website that have gotten the email, and all sites have pulled the pictures due to embargo.
Problem is that GM doesnt watermark or put any type of indication on the pictures, and GM has cut every internet media's access to future pictures. So we have no way of knowing this was an embargoed picture.
