Hmmm....a house! Anyone want to buy me a house? or at least put a downpayment on one? Otherwise, I want the oil spill to be cleaned up...those poor animals  But realistically, I want some new snowboard bindings, and good health for everyone I love! Yea, I'm a big cheeseball.

that's why i wouldn't ever live in nj. My mortgage payment for my house with taxes in pa is probably lower than most people's taxes alone in new jersey.

SpeakersGoBoom 12-01-2004 12:09 PM

really? well, when i get kicked out of my house (not if, when.) ill be looking in that area. are apartments prices on the same scale there than here as well?

it's definitely cheaper for apartments here as well no doubt, but you have to watch. There's no way to say this delicately but if you live in a cheap apartment, you're gonna have the type of people around who live in cheap apartments, you know? The apartment I was in before I bought my house, when I moved into the property it was a higher end range apartment where they had credit and income guidelines to get in. They dropped those requirements, and they lowered rent, and within 18 months the place was a ********. People's unwatched kids running all over all times of the day, damage to the common areas like the hallways, people having stereo wars and parties at all times of the night consistently, etc.

well, on the plus side, it means i can take my sterio system with me.

A hot boy under my tree, a fast classic car, and to win a multi-million dollar jackpot in the lottery. Those would do just fine...but I'll just keep dreaming for now.

So I will just stick to my usual hopes of adding to the cd and book list. :fluffy:

make yourself a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies (make sure you have milk first tho  ) Â*You'll feel much better. Â*If that doesnt work, go out and buy the Led Zepplin BBC Sessions album, load "Whole lotta love" into your xbox, and play project gotham racing 2 with that song in the background. Trashing an enzo in russia to the sound of american classic rock...theres something theraputic about it.
