Hmm, this is news to me, since when I was researching it (back when I was 16 for some strange reason I wanted to know the AoC laws lol)...but looking it does seem to be worded that 16 is a free for all...hmm.

I offically stand corrected. Tim can have his way with the 16 yr old. I even asked my buddy in his 2nd yr of law school, as well as checking the AoC website (ageofconsent.com in case you need to know the laws for the gazillion countries in the world and the 50 states ;) ).

yea that law was just changed recently too. i kno because technically my first few times was illegal based on the old law. which was strictly anyone under 16 could not have sex. needless to say... i was 15. and my mother wanted him arrested. that is when she found out. around that time that law was changed to what i said before. i kno a lot about this kinda stuff b/c when my friends always seem to get in trouble. which they always do. im the one they turn to. ive gone thru underage pregnancys... arrests for statatory(sp) rape (it was consented.. but his consent didnt count because he was too young) etc. im also pretty up to date on emancipation laws as well which new jersey seems to lack. *sigh. that piece of knowledge has mostly been used for my own cause tho.

well i room with 3 other guys...and at my school we cant have anything on the outside of the doors... posters,pictures,markerboards..

we put a rubberband on the door handle and a peice of scotch tape over the lock...we all try to respect that.


this reminds me of a funny story that my roommate told me happened to a friend of his at college in maine...

sorry if this story is questionable..just take it down if it is...its just too funny..

this kid was in his room taking a nap on the top bunk..his only roommate comes in with a girl and doesnt notice the kid up there half asleep.... the guy and the girl start to get it on...after a short time the guy convinces the girl to do it in the back door..they start to get it on and the girl complains it hurts so the guy pulls out and the girl craps all over him....he throws up..then she throws up and the kid who was on the top bunk laughs so hard he falls off and breaks his leg...

haha that's crazy...i've had my roommate think i was sleeping and start messing around with her girlfriend...a little uncomfortabe, i didn't know what to do. but eh, i got her back for it.

as for the age thing lex i know nothing about it, i was 16 and the ex was 17, so i had no worries...be careful kid!

yep- i have two roommates, the one this was originally about, and the other one is a lesbian. she has a girlfriend who is still in highschool, so she brings her up and has her stay over once in a while.
this one night we were all drinking and finally at some late hour we decided to call it quits and go to sleep. no sooner does my bead hit the pillow, i hear whispers and giggles. i tried to make noise then, so they would realize i'm still awake, but they just kept at it. so i burried my head in my pillow and tried to ignore =/
fortunately nothing grosses a lesbian out more than hetero sex, so about a week later when she was "sleeping" i brought in this guy i was seeing at the time, and oops! she heard it all. oh well :twisted:

when I had an apartment in Quakertown PA....(i went to Delaware Valley College for a year). I always had parties at my Apt.... well one night, one of my buddy and this girl went into the bedroom to get it on....and they were making so much noises that we heard them over the stereo and our conversations..............so we got out the cardboards and wrote 10.0 (like the gymnastic scores).......when they came out.....we all gave them a standing ovation and held up the 10.0 signs............he busted out laughing, but she ran out the door.
