I just thought about it and she has been laying there for 15 years. Her muscles must be completly atrophied. Even if she did recover, her entire body is useless now. She is MUCH better off this way.

idk, starvation is not fun. hell, i went for a whole day without food one time, and my stomach was in a knot. It hurt for like the next 3 or 4 days. dehydration makes it even worse. your muscles start to hurt because they're not getting water. your throat tightens up. i think it's ******** what the doctors say, that she's not in pain. starvation and dehydration are not the way to go.

get this.....they won't allow her to receive Communion, either. It is Easter tomorrow, and they won't even let her have a tiny piece of bread and a few drops of wine. That is Grade-A, pure domestic ********. I can't believe the crap that goes on.

kamikaz 03-26-2005 11:32 PM

My thoughts(without starting a flame war)is how many of the people that are saying take the tube out and let her pass are married?and if you are married,do you remember the part of For Better or Worse,in SICKNESS and health, til death do us part, mean anything..

I dunno. They gave her communion before they pulled the tube, which is the argument for not giving it to her tonight/tomorrow. NOt sure what I think about that.

The doctors must not be completely convinced that she isn't in pain, the paper this morning said that they have her on morphine......

it sure does. if not for the intervention of the doctors, she would have died years ago.

my parents both say the same lol

Fasterthanyou 03-28-2005 06:10 AM

I wish this were a "pull the plug" (on the respirator) but it isn't. This is starvation. She can breath on her own but she's now going through a very painful death. Suffocation you black out, starvation your body basically poisons itself and anybody that's been starving probably knows the feeling but imagine a week or more of it.

Eh, they say she can't feel pain. and if she can, they gave her a morphine drip anyway. I'm thinking she isn't in much pain either way.

To add more to this guy as Hubby of the Year he plans on Cremating her and taking her ashes to PA.What a Guy :loser:

They actually don't have her on a drip....they gave her morphine on the 19th and 26th of this month.

Fasterthanyou 03-30-2005 01:22 PM

This is such BS. Justin is right, more sources now are saying that they were wrong about the morphine drip. She's only twice been given any.
We give convicts on death row a peaceful way to die (lethal injection) but we'll starve somebody to death seeing as it's much more human that way

yeah....me=stopped caring about a month - 2 months ago 8)

Just one thing to add since shes gone now anyway.

On a view money wise its really a lost cause. I can understand that her family may have cared for her as a human being. But in such a deep vegitated state she has become a non functioning member of society. So technically she really doesnt even exist. So why keep funneling money into a lost cause?

Not that I disagree, but our health care system, education, and politicians are all a lost cause and we throw lots of money at them! :P

Savage_Messiah 04-01-2005 02:03 AM

oh well, shes finally dead, over and done with.
