the calf machine's pads are terible and everytime I use it, I get massive cuts on my shoulders for days. but maybe its cause I use 98percent of the weight on it? :sad: and I wonder why my legs hurt all the time :???:

its gotta be a whole lot better than jerk face...

im guessin u have a completely different calf machine then what i had at my hs, ours you sat down and there was a bar with pads on it that rested on your thighs and u put weight on the front of it and removed the safety bar and lifted the thing up by flexing your calf muscle (so to speak, you were actually moving your heels off the ground but keeping your toes on the ground)
