Ok, not sure how much I could dead lift, there is no free weights for bars.
But I have been doing the thing where its like a reverse curl, you lock your feet in and then lower your upper body down. I hold a ten pound weight and that usually gets my lower back nice and sore. |

At the moment, I do 5 sets of 8 reps for each exercise. Should I bump up the sets to make it a square 8? Or just add more weight? |
all depends on what your ultimate goal is
on accessory/recovery type stuff i like to use higher sets, higher reps, lighter weight but on the major 3 and assistance exercises i like to do high sets, low reps, heavy weight |
