not everytime. Â*not every obese person is that way because they eat too much and don't exercise. Â*the thyroid has a lot to do with how much a person stores fat, as does stress, and if they get the least bit out of whack a person could gain 100 pounds in a year. Â*that's 10 pounds +/- every month...

i'm not trying to defend all fat people, but you know you cannot generalize like that with any group of people. Â*everyone is different and no one thing will work on everyone.

i dunno but i find it hard to believe that if i strap one to a treadmill and take thier hamburgers away (give them normal food instead) they would still gain weight. I've heard all those excuses before and they just sounds like excuses to me. And before you go on and say i dunno what its like, i've lost 25 pounds in a month before it wasnt the most healthy way but i did it. So i think its all about dedication.
