I bought my 91 in north carolina so it has never seen a front plate. Ive got it back in jersey now and i sure as hell dont feel like putting a front plate on it. Its still registered in NC with NC plates, but thats going to have to change when i get back from over there and come home for good.

i wanna put the thing on that covers my front plate but then again i have 8 points and dont need anymore tickets. once i get that dropped down to a reasonable amount (<4) ill think about it :)

well i have 0 points and a uk license i can flash at them too use the excuse i thought they we optional and where can i fit it?

Don't, all it will do is attract more attention and say "look at me, I speed through tolls and red lights" because while you can have better reasons for having a radar detector, theres no excuse for those

edit: wait are you talkign about the smoked plate covers.... or removing your front plate and putting a cover in place of it to fill the recess?

i dont speed through tolls i keep it at a modest 25 :lol: and ive ran red lights maybe 5x in my life. as for the front plate thing, i was referring to the cover that fills the recess.
