Mk, just by reading this thread, I see hwere he got the Idea. I unfortunately watched the F&F tokyo drift movie, and know wher he got this Idea, when he saw them take that S15 engine and put it in the Mustang. DOnt do it, its stupid, and its hollywood. You wanna be different, get yourself a cosworth engine and put it in that baby, that way It aint a V8 ( unless you use the Formula 1 engines of the 70's, which I doubt you could ever afford one) and yet, it wouldnt be japanese, and before you guys flame about its not american nor a chevy product, there was a little known car in the late 70's known as the Cosworth Vega, there were only about 1100 or somethign like that made ;)

Cosworth made an engine for my benz.......... hmm tempting

Cosworth just rocks period, and if you could ever get a hold of one Kasey for the benz, expect me knocking at the door to get that bitch in your car, hell id buy the benz after that!

It just seems wierd to me to put a japanese motor in an american car. I understand you want to go the different route, and if it's extrememly fast then more power to ya. All I keep thinking about is you driving that car to a car show or cruise in and all the die hard "american guys" saying WTF is that, and why did you do that to that car. I think everyone is just used to putting a bigger motor in the car. I know the only thing in the end that matters is what you want to do to your car. I just personally wouldn't do it.
