Right, and the Giants were lucky to get the wildcard and have no chance against the cowboys right? or packers?

i think the pack woudl have been a better match up against the pats than new york will be.

the funny thing is that the new york press and fans will all get right back to wanting manning's head on a pike if he doesn't win the superbowl. lol

Pats have been showing their weaknesses the last few games so hopefully it will be a good game. I hope the refs aren't a big factor in the superbowl. I can see the Giants playing the Pats close again, but that assumes Eli doesn't turn the ball over or the Giants D can get some turnovers against Brady. I just hate the 2 week delay.

the pats "weakness" has only proven that no other team can force as much pressure in enough different ways to beat them. a few people have found out how to slow them down a bit, but until someone manages to beat them i have a hard time calling any it weaknesses.

I just got back home from a party and it is nuts tonite!!!! Men cheering, women showing their boobies, I love football!!!

Now, with all seriousness, this Super Bowl will come down to one thing, can the Giants pressure Brady? If they do, which they did last time these two played, they will be in very good shape. The team is clicking and guess what, the Giants are 10-1 away from New York this year. Basically, the Giants have two weeks to watch the film from Week 17, learn from their mistakes, and go win this f--king thing!!!!

PS- This goes out to all the journalists who automatically write off a team cause they didn't win the division....F--K YOU!!!!! The guys on Fox all chose Giants opponents to win in the playoffs, and they all are enjoying a nice plate full of crow! Coughlin has proven he is a great coach so people should get off his back, and Eli is now proven he is a top NFL QB. And it only took him 4 years to get to the Super Bowl when it took Peyton 9 years...GO Giants!!!!

Definitely well said. I bet TiVi Barber is eating his words now.

Bad calls aside, that was a great game. And the Giants have a great shot at beating the Pats. They're playing great on both sides of the ball. They just need to pressure Brady and keep the turnovers at 0.

Oh please. Comparing Eli to Peyton? LOL. Eli got hot at the right time but is nowhere near Peyton. Coughlin a good coach? LMFAO. Right. Why was half of NY ready to boot him AND boy toy Eli out of town? If the Giants get blown out lets see how much NY rides behind Coughlin.

How about those Eagles?

Reguardless, Super Bowl is gonna be a great game. Eli has not thrown an interception in the last 4 or 5 games (i forgot the exact statistic), cuz now he's learning to throw short routes instead of bombs, which usually lands in the defenders hand. Patriots have sorta declined the second half of the season, almost losing to the Ravens (the only team this season to lose to the 1-15 Dolphins i might add), and let the Giants stay close with them the last game of the season, altho, hell, they werent really playing for anything.

All i gotta say is, if Eli stays potent and Jacobs carries Seau and Breuski for 10+ yards like he did last night with GB linebackers, its gonna be a close decision.

What do they have to do with anything? They sucked balls this year. At least we got to see someone else from the NFC East represent lol
