Xplode sucks, dont waste your money.
The only benefit of slow reps is super long work out.. Now you can get back to your regular scheduled programming. |

switch it up with some running. and do sprint jogging. sprint then jog, sprint then jog. oh and i only weighed 150 and i was doing 155 bench as a 12 set. couldn't do that now. i wasn't exactly bulking either, more or less toning.
