Pick something you enjoy. This way you'll be fine talking about it, won't need your notes, and you'll do well.

If I could, I always related things to my job at the time, or my current job. Since I"m involved in the information, I find I don't need to prepare much, except for the slides.

These are topics I'd do if I had to do a speech right now:
The current state of education in the US.
Current research on Autism. (or some other disorder that might interest you).
The health care system (US compared to others?)

I"m sure there are others. I'm drawing a blank now though.

im a big supporter of it, there are plenty of legal things that have far worse problems associated with it, whereas testosterone enhancement is one of the safest/healthiest things out there, especially in the medical field
