So your improperly maintained vehicle is the reason you cannot properly control it? That is your excuse? Good luck.

Mike 02-15-2009 10:15 AM

yup, failure to maintain is another ticket.

btw, take it to a dealer, it sounds like the ball joint is starting to go, and that is a recall on those years of durango

Next time you go to court and you see him there, why don't you tell him how you feel. Didn't think so..

So you fail and maintenance, driving, and reading but you still blame the cop?

Didn't you just post about a new exhaust system recently? A good alignment is $50-75 depending where you go. Get it taken care of before you manage to kill someone.

I think that was just the way his truck came.

Why? That'll be the cop's fault too.

NastyEllEssWon 02-15-2009 04:43 PM

im betting more on a hub bearing for the durango

Slo86Bird 02-15-2009 08:53 PM

i did just do a little exhaust.. the catback was rusted and broken all over so i just replaced it with a glasspack

WildBillyT 02-16-2009 02:35 PM

Failure to maintain lane is 2 pts I believe. Get your truck fixed.

Slo86Bird 02-16-2009 02:46 PM

as soon as i get money it will be fixed.

so the cop messed up my court date on the ticket..he put feb 11 and the court wasnt open that night, idk my real date as of now.

apparently if it had been a town cop it would have been dismissed but since its a state pig and they have multiple towns to deal with it is still in effect.
