mike whats our plans on food? i know you said you had a grill you could bring. i'll bring some dogs and burgers and rolls and some drinks. should we have everyone bring something and maybe another grill or just worry about ourselves.

i think if everyone plans on bringing one or 2 things we should have more than enough for a good lunch. i am going to talk to my dad and my local buddy (cant put a grill in my trailblazer) and then post up

i will try to remember to bring some food/beverages with me. if not i can fork over some money. also, propane or charcoal grill? i could bring a full propane tank to cover my end as well.

if needed mike i could put my propane grill in the bed of my truck and adam can bring the propane:lol: it's not the best but will do the trick.

Yea keep an eye on it. He dropped it in the mail on the 12th so it will probably be there today or tomorrow. Just let me know if you didn't because he is planning on attending.

as i told you via im, i got it yesterday, cashed and added to the file today. also for everyones information i received another commitment (deposit) from a ls1tech member.

we have enough commitments that the only thing standing in our way is the weather. :). but we still have a couple spots available so keep your eyes and ears open for some last minute interest

i have a grill taken care of, ill check on my propane. we are going to need the usual: burgers, dogs, porkroll, buns, cheese, condiments, soda/water, ice, coolers. i guess the easiest thing to do would be to post up with what your planning to bring and then we will worry about whatever is missing afterwards...

i will also have 2 ezup's but we will need some folding chairs.

ill have my jack, trackside tools, and snapon electric impact, these will be available to anyone in need..

how many are we expecting to feed? so i can plan accordingly....

i'm going early, like i took off from work early. bill said they are done by 4. i think i will hang well into test and tune though. supposedly the nitro sister is going to live up to the name :shock:

its 9:30-4:30, racing starts at 10

i dont know an exact number becasue i dont know who is bringing guests etc

ohh i wont be there for the rental then... got work.. but if matt is running later on maybe ill come out for the nighttime racing depending on if i have my engine back or not... let me know if you are staying after adam..
