Payed $1,100 for it and eventually swapped a 350/TH350 into it.

Mine was a 72 Plymouth valiant 4 door . It had a 318 in it and it only weighed around 2900. So while i was attending an automotive school I replaced the heads and intake from a 360 and put on a four barrel. Added headers and dual exhaust. Rebuilt the trans and replaced the rear with a pumpkin style with 3:55 gears, old rear was a 2:76. It was a real sleeper. It fooled alot of people at red lights.

1990 Cavalier base. 4 cyl, auto. the only option was a/c that didnt work. lol That car ran like a champ even tho i beat the hell out of it. shouldnt have sold that car...

my current car.. for now

1993 Cavalier Coupe, Red in 2002. Drove it so hard that i burnt all the oil out of it and melted the oil pan bolt into place and it still lived on for another 5 years after i sold it to a friend.

The first car i bought was my 1991 RS in 2006.

1977 cadillac deville and my 1996 trans am.. I got the 1977 befor my T/A but i never drove it it was a freebie and it needs a lot of work lol

My 99 Z28 is my first car. Bought it bone stock in January of 2008..was 16 at the time and bought it with cash :D. In the nearly 2 years since I bought it, it's seen close to 10 grand in performance parts. I plan on keeping it for a long long time.

And it only runs 11.8s? :shock:

1980 montecarlo lol primer black with oldschool 5 star craigars painted black, stuck out the wheel well bout 4 inches,blew out the trans 2 times from doing neutral drops lol

ok...3 grand was put into cosmetics between the hood, bumper, spoiler, etc....****ing deer. :wink:

my first car... white 2001 Malibu with the 3.1. I actually bracket raced it a lot and had a bunch of success with it. Still have the car for most of driving and bad weather and such.

1992 nissan sentra, baught it for $500, sold it back to last owner with blown head gasket for $500 lol

1973 Dodge Coronet Custom 4dr,
....318 2bbl auto, 56k original miles, no rust at all. Was faster than my second car(an 88 GTA 305tpi)

1980 Oldsmobile Toronado. Fully loaded and had only 33,000 miles when I got it when I was still 16 years old

1996 Jeep grand cherokee Limited. Got it with 213k miles on it that thing was so bad that it died at traffic lights, pissed out gas more than any camaro or trans am ever would and transmission slip if ya accelerated hard which i did all the time. RIP it was wreck on January 31st due to a dumb teenage driver

Wow, some of you had really nice first cars.

My first ride was a '69 Chevy Impala 2 door coupe. 327 w/4 bbl. I didn't do much to it, other than fix the rust and painted it gold, then added some 60 series 15" tires and glass packs. That was in 1975.

91 Hyundai S-Coupe with a 5-speed. If it were to run the 1/4, im sure it wouldve been a 21 second car :lol:
